Location: The hotel was conveniently located just a few miles south of Madrid, making it perfect for visiting the city. Comfortable and modern: The rooms were comfortable and had a modern feel to them, creating a pleasant atmosphere during our stay.Great food: We opted for the half-board option and were delighted with the excellent food provided by Carmen. The meals were top-notch and definitely exceeded our expectations.

Limited menu options: The restaurant had very limited choices on the menu, which was a bit disappointing. We ended up having to eat what a coach party had ordered, which was not ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had. The room was comfortable and the beds were cozy. The hotel facilities were great, with a secure garage parking and a lift serving all floors. The location was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. we were impressed with the cleanliness, the excellent staff, and the convenient parking facilities.

the location was perfect as it was close to the city and had a nearby supermarket to buy any necessities. the hotel had secure underground parking which was a big plus.

the shower was hand-held which was inconvenient, and the car park was difficult to navigate if you had a large car.
